I have been living in Portugal for over 25 years, speak Portuguese, German, and English, and am familiar with the processes involved in property purchases, rentals, and dealing with authorities from my own experience — both as a company founder and as a private individual.
I pick up my clients from their home or hotel and support them from start to finish with my experience in:
- ◆Assistance with property purchases and the subsequent steps, including construction supervision and legalization processes. I maintain an extensive network of trusted lawyers, accountants, architects, and insurance professionals
- ◆Assistance to the tax office, bank, and for setting up water, electricity, and internet
- ◆Translation during on-site appointments
- ◆Help with understanding documents
- ◆Personal support during arrival and settling in (doctor visits, enrolling children in school, tradespeople, etc.)
It is important to me to work with only a few clients at a time so that I can truly dedicate enough time to each one.
